Marianna Pandolfoph - Tireless photographer, hardly bored and frequently overenthusiastic, constantly searching for answers and polyglot for passion.
On Postcards to Edinburgh
"How often do we underestimate the importance of the chromatic harmony of
a place? How much do we let ourselves be influenced by sensations? When
we think of a country, we certainly associate it with a specific color
and this can determine the sensations we experience. The peace of the
sea in winter led me to study the shapes and the greenish shades of the
moss on the bricks, giving me scenarios that are almost desolate but
full of meaning presenting Edinburgh in the coldest month of the year. "
